Talent without borders
Some of the best people you will ever meet, you meet for one evening. A fellowship, a conference, a room full of people quietly building serious things far from home. You exchange contacts, promise to keep in touch, and then the room empties. So does the thread.
It shouldn’t take luck to find the right mentor, or the collaborator whose work keeps you thinking days later. The right person at the right moment can take you further than years of working alone, and that shouldn’t depend on which room you happened to be standing in.
Expertise doesn't stop at a border. Neither should the people you get to learn from, build with, or one day become for someone else.
Boundless exists for what comes after the event ends, wherever you are, whatever the time zone. Find them. Reach out. Don’t let the thread go quiet again.
緣起
參加過千里馬計畫、LEAP 計畫，後來也參加過幾次 xtalent 的聚會。每次活動都會認識一群真的在做事、也很願意分享的人，可是活動一結束，聯絡方式加了、話也說完了，之後往往就沒有下文。想再找誰討論一個問題、找誰合作一個題目，常常不知道從何找起。
在國外生活工作這些年，我越來越相信一件事：一個對的 mentor、一次剛好接上的合作，往往比自己埋頭苦幹走得更快、更遠。但這樣的機會在現實中大多只能靠運氣，可能剛好去了那場活動、或者剛好認識了那個人，很難主動尋找，更難長期經營。
Boundless 想解決的，就是「活動結束之後」的這段空白。希望不管現在人在哪個城市、哪個時區，都能找到值得請教的前輩、可以攜手合作的夥伴。甚至，成為其他人的 mentor。
